Coach Gilley has been coaching in the greater Austin, Texas area for 10 years. Her experience includes coaching recreational youth basketball, select level basketball, middle school elite teams, and AAU high school boys basketball. Coach Gilley has helped pave the way for more female AAU coaches in ATX, as she holds the distinction of being the first AAU boys coach to work with dozens of teams in the Cedar Park/Leander Williamson County area and across Texas. Most recently she was on the coaching staff at The PAC for eight years where she was one of CenTex Attack's most tenured coaches. Coach Gilley has more than 15 years experience managing youth programs ranging from sports to life skills programs from elementary to high school.  Her family founded River City Youth Foundation, which is Austin’s longest running nonprofit youth organization celebrating 40 years.
